Tous les prestataires europ\u00e9ens de service de crowdfunding ayant adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au r\u00e8glement ECSPR devront s\u2019y conformer d\u2019ici 2025. Les membres de notre conseil d\u2019administration si\u00e8gent \u00e9galement au conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019entreprises r\u00e9glement\u00e9es. Le fait d\u2019\u00eatre une personne agr\u00e9\u00e9e au registre de la FCA signifie que les directeurs ont un devoir de vigilance et doivent s\u2019assurer que les clients sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de se pr\u00e9parer, WLCF va :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fournir un Registre de Risque en ligne et aider \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Cadre de Gestion des Risques en tant que standard, pour tous les clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un service d\u2019entiercement du code source, au cas o\u00f9 le pire se produirait<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9viser nos accords de service en terme de gestion des incidents et de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bon mais nous pouvons faire mieux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir un cr\u00e9dit prolong\u00e9, pour les cas o\u00f9 la cl\u00f4ture d\u2019un cycle d\u2019investissement prend plus de temps que pr\u00e9vu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir un service de gestion s\u00e9curis\u00e9e des mots de passe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir des conseils pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsque nous op\u00e9rons avec des employ\u00e9s travaillant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revoir toutes les provisions contractuelles comme le demande l&#8217;article 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aider \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et au design d\u2019un Cadre de Supervision et coop\u00e9rer avec l\u2019Observateur Principal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coop\u00e9rer, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, aux demandes et enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par les r\u00e9gulateurs et les auditeurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous les clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de ces am\u00e9liorations, en priorit\u00e9 les clients ECSPR, directement affect\u00e9s par DORA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s ne sont pas simples \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ind\u00e9pendamment pour les entreprises.
